EB Games Said Street Fighter V Will Be Heading to Switch Soon

Out of nowhere, EB Game Canada has tweeted that Street Fighter V Champion Edition is coming to Nintendo Switch. They have also stated that the pre-order has begun in-store, too.

The post was deleted shortly after.

Fans has speculated that there will be another Nintendo Direct coming shortly since Taiwanese Rating Board also leaked a BioShock Collection for Nintendo Switch weeks ago.

However, there is no confirmation at this time. It is possible that this was only a retailer’s mistake. CAPCOM also confirmed since the initial release in 2016 that the latest entry of this franchise would be a console-exclusive for PlayStation 4.

All game mode additions and balance updates are free for owners of any Street Fighter V version. For those who can’t wait, in-game content can be obtained instantly using real money. Certain additional content can only be acquired using Fight Money, which can be earned through normal gameplay.

The addition of V-Skill II provides more options and depth to the combat system.
